We distribute and service the renowned Medtronic Physio Control LIFEPAK® defibrillator/monitors and automated external defibrillators (AEDs). Our products are used to save lives and to build “heart-safe communities.” We are located in Minster, OH, but we distribute products throughout the world. What Makes our Relationship work between Test Medical Systems and MEC?The relationship between Test Medical Systems and MEC has been evolving over the years into a relationship that is devoted to helping improve the lives of all people in the world. Test Medical Systems has an advanced business structure, while MEC is extremely knowledgeable about Medical Equipment and devices. Together the two make the perfect business relationship. The great success of the relationship is the result of these elements: 1. Total communication. The two companies work closely together to communicate all that involves the other in every aspect. 2. Continous Co-worker training: Formal training sessions are provided for co-workers and supervisors when they are first introduced to a new piece of medical equipment, inventory process, marketing and sales strategies, and many more. The sessions include scenarios of what to expect and general information about disability awareness, accommodations, and etiquette. 3. Careful Hiring: The reason our relationship has worked so well is because of the careful hiring process we go through each time we decide to hire another person. Test Medical Systems is a major part of the hiring process, because they know how to pick the "best" person for each job. MEC is a major part of the training process, because they have many more years experience in the industry. Our PhilosophyWe believe that customers need a total solution, not just a device. From involving customers early in the development process to shadowing them in their work environment, we design solutions for the first responder through the advanced life support provider.
