Remove four screws (40) from the rear panel (30) and remove the rear panel. 3. Disconnect J2 on the Power Supply. 4. Remove four screws (40) from the Power Supply and detach from chassis (7). Interconnect PCB RemovalComplete Case Separation. Refer to Figure 4-2. 1. Remove the Power Conversion PCB, the Main PCB, the Display PCB/CRT Assembly, and the Power Supply PCB. 2. Remove four screws (40) from the Interconnect PC Inspection TechniquesWhen servicing or repairing the instrument, routinely begin with a visual inspection of the hardware and components for signs of damage. Signs of damage require further inspection of the surrounding area for peripheral breakage or damage. Exterior InspectionVisually inspect the entire instrument for wear, corrosion, deterioration, and damage resulting from extreme temperatures or dropping. Lift and hold the instrument upside down while listening for loose hardware.
